Estrella de Puebla (The Star of Puebla)
It is officially the largest portable observation wheel in the world. Put up in 2013, this ferris wheel is 80 meters high, and will take 20 minutes to complete a rotation in one of its sealed gondolas. In clear weather, the natural landmarks to pick out are the Malinche volcano to the northeast and lztaccfhuatl and Popocatepetl volcanoes in the west.

Mole Poblano is a cuisine that is believed to date back to the 16th century, and is a dark brown sauce containing about 25 different ingredients, including chocolate, chili peppers, plantains , almonds, cinnamon sticks and pumpkin seeds. Try chiles en nogada. This traditional poblano specialty, also known as the most patriotic Mexican dish, is served only during summer months. This traditional dish consists of a poblano chilli stuffed with a mixture of dried fruits and meat, covered in walnut sauce, and festooned with pomegranate seeds and parsley.
